Shameless self-promotion
I love my blog. It's given me a great way to ease into having a web presence and I've met some really nice folks as a result. But a blog and a website are different things with different purposes. After a bit of fiddling I've put together my first website dedicated to my art. It's a place where people can see the type of work that I do and learn a little about me without having to read months of blog postings. In theory it might be a sales tool at some point in the future, but that's still a distant glimmer on the horizon.
